What does AI-native mean here?
The AI team proposes and your staff approve. The pricing agent drafts rate changes with its evidence attached, the messaging agent drafts guest replies, rosters are proposed from real occupancy — but nothing guest-facing happens without a named person approving it.
Can the AI change prices on its own?
No. It watches pickup and pace and proposes rate changes, but a rate never moves until your team approves it — in one tap, or not at all.
